Poolside tables and a bar that pours by the millilitre, on one till
Lion Hospitality Partners writes its own software. Tills, kitchens, stock, staff and delivery across twelve Lagos venues run on it every day. It was built for how business works here: orders that arrive by phone and WhatsApp, payment by transfer as often as by card, and a crowd that shows up all at once.
The till at every LHP venue, from the beach at Elegushi to the Tantalizers counters the group manages. One order flow for dine-in, takeaway and delivery partners, with the menu gated by what the kitchen has. It keeps selling when the connection doesn’t.

A central store issues whole bottles to venue bars at cost. Bars track what they pour to the millilitre. Each venue keeps its own price book, and margins are watched against targets so drift shows in the week it happens, not at month end.

The group’s own ordering channel and the console that runs it. Web orders, phone calls and partner platforms land in one queue, move through the kitchen, and go out with a rider — tracked from accepted to delivered without leaving the group’s systems.

One record per person across every venue in the group: role, venue, pay band and the ID card they carry. Access follows the record, so a transfer between venues takes effect the same day and a leaver stops having keys to anything.

The same systems run a beach club, a fine-dining room, a delivery kitchen and a quick-service counter. Each venue picks up the modules it needs.

Every order from every channel through one console to the door

A national brand’s counter, run on group systems from the first week
Bank transfer, card and cash are equal at the till and online. Nothing on the platform assumes a card.
Phone calls, WhatsApp messages and walk-ups are punched into the same queue as web orders, with the same status and the same receipt.
The till keeps trading offline and reconciles when the connection returns. The kitchen never stops because the router did.
A small team in Lagos builds and runs the platform. Design, backend, frontend and data sit together, and everything above shipped from inside the group.
We open the till, the stock ledger and the order console on staging, loaded with a business the shape of yours, and you push it until it breaks or convinces you.
